Cyprus Real Estate Market 2026: Property Sales Continue to Rise

Cyprus’ real estate market continues to show strong momentum in 2026, with property sales remaining above 2025 levels throughout the year.

In July 2026, 2,040 property sale contracts were registered across Cyprus — an increase of 11.4% compared with July 2025. Between January and July, the total reached 12,047 contracts, up 14.1% year-on-year.
